Hi, I’m Michael, founder of Born & Raised Collective…known as The Waffleman for 10 years!

 

With nearly 20 years in business , and over a decade running my own food truck, Born & Raised Waffles,  I’ve catered for weddings, corporate events, festivals, film shoots and private parties across Northern Ireland and Ireland. That journey taught me how to market, grow a brand, and get booked for the right events.
