With nearly 20 years in business and over a decade running my own food truck, Born & Raised Waffles, I have worked across weddings, corporate events, festivals, film shoots, and private parties throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland. That experience gave me a real understanding of what it takes to build a food business that gets booked consistently and attracts the right kind of work.

Along the way, I learned how to market a food business properly, position it with confidence, and avoid the common mistakes that keep many great operators stuck. Most of that learning came from doing the work myself, making decisions under pressure, and figuring out what actually delivers results.

I now work one to one with food truck owners and food based businesses who want clarity, confidence, and practical direction. These sessions are about honest advice, real world experience, and helping you make decisions that move your business forward.
